After years of operating our own Post Office branches, we saw how complex and overwhelming the application and transition process could be — especially for new entrants.
2009.
Started working directly with business transfer agencies to help their buyers through the Post Office application process. Working closely with Konrad Szymanski at Humberstones to develop a workshop programme, working as Masterstrides.
2009 - 2015
Developed our application support programme, involving weekly workshops in 5 UK locations. Helped many buyers and sellers through the Network Transformation programme.
2016
We took control our first Post Office – a big main PO with 100k + fees and 26k retail sales per week. Incorporated ‘real life’ branch observations into application support programme for our clients.
2017
Started running our 2nd and 3rd Post Offices – two more large offices.
Developed key relationships with sector symbol groups. Also working with concessions to grow income. Continued to help many applicants through the evolving application programme – incorporating an online business plan.
2018
Our 4th Post Office was purchased in 2018 – Another town centre PO with 140k fees
2020
Working tirelessly with our clients through scenarios presented by the COVID19 pandemic. Maintained our 99% success rate for our applicants!
